Check out this CNN story about Donald Rumsfeld.
"...Students and professors at Stanford University are protesting Donald Rumsfeld's appointment to a campus think tank, saying the former defense secretary does not uphold the 'ethical values' of the school."
Doesn't it seem odd that while one prestigious university would embrace the killer-dictator of Iran, another would snub a former United States Secretary of Defense?
Where is the collegial attitude regarding diversity and the free exchange of ideas?
Perhaps the institution of "higher learning" should be referred to as "higher hypocrisy" instead?
